Make a conscious effort to drink more water (1/2 your body weight in oz. per day). Try measuring out your daily water goal into a pitch in the morning. Ah, the feeling of success is amazing when that pitcher is empty at the end of the day!
Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night
Reduce alcohol intake
Spend time in nature
Incorporate more greens and whole foods into your diet
Avoid caffeine after noon
Get 30 minutes of exercise per day. Walking counts!
